 The Pennsylvania Office of Victim Services (OVS) uses a victim-centered trauma-informed approach that is outlined in the Commonwealth's 2020 Trauma Informed Plan. 

 OVS funds programs that serve people who have experienced human trafficking, domestic violence, sexual violence and other crimes.
